Patrick and his team were incredibly friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Communication was excellent — the team was always responsive and quick to reply. After the job was finished, we encountered a minor issue, but Patrick and his team were more than willing to come back and resolve it promptly. I’ve already recommended them to family and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

I was not satisfied with the quality of the recent works completed at my property. While the job — which involved raising part of the patio, laying porcelain tiles, and installing a section of fencing — was finished quickly, I am concerned about the lack of care and the number of false promises and issues that were left unresolved or done poorly. Here are a few examples: • Plastic pipe isolation: I specifically asked multiple times that the buried plastic pipe be properly isolated before pouring concrete over it. Despite these repeated requests, the pipe was left unprotected and cement was poured directly on top. I was even falsely told it had been isolated. • Pathway drainage: I gave clear instructions and stressed the importance of how I wanted the water drainage in the side pathway to be done. However, the work in this area was carried out in a careless and ineffective manner. • Finishing and detailing: In several areas, the goal seemed to be just to “tick the box” rather than doing the job properly. For example, the rainwater drainage and sewage pipe covers were left in an unsightly state. • Fencing installation: I was told that gravel would be placed under the new fencing, but this was not done. Instead, holes were left under the fence which compromise the finish and stability.
